"Steer Clear, product is a total letdown."
This crew clearly hasn’t got a clue about project management tools or CRMs. The user experience is awful, nothing is intuitive, and it’s obvious from the feedback that they’ve had to ask folks to boost the ratings. Connectwise is just a big joke.

"ConnectWise Command Fails to Deliver"
ConnectWise Command is a terrible product. We moved over from N-Able and have faced nothing but problems with various parts of the portal just not functioning. The Partner Care team seems to have no concern for this, and our account manager is nowhere to be found.

"Lack of support for Apple silicon?"
This remote access software is fantastic for PCs—way faster and lighter compared to a bunch of other options out there. But for Mac users... when are you gonna get around to supporting Apple silicon natively?

"A bit costly, yet incredibly dependable."
Sure, it’s a tad expensive, but Control really delivers on reliability and customization. We utilize it for our work with an on-site server, and I also use it for personal stuff with the cloud option. Both setups perform excellently.

"Glad I made the switch to ConnectWise Control"
Before, I was using a competitor's product (a big name in the field) and it was becoming pricier while offering fewer features. So, I decided to go with ConnectWise.

Now, after more than a year, I’m really pleased with my choice. The software performs well. I rely on it to support 100 desktops, and honestly, I can't remember a moment in the past year when I felt dissatisfied with the service.

"Awesome Remote Tool"
We utilize this control in our workplace and have also started using it for helping out my family and pals. Altogether, I manage close to 600 computers. I've faced hardly any problems and get top-notch support whenever something out of the ordinary happens.

"Not Switching My Remote Access Software Anytime Soon"
I know it sounds odd to say I've had a good time using an RMM tool, but hear me out... who actually 'enjoys' tech solutions, right? Seriously though, the web interface is super user-friendly, the endpoint agent is a breeze to deploy (think PDQ, NinjaOne, etc.), and the sessions for on-demand and end users run really smoothly. After over 20 years in various IT support roles, I can honestly say ConnectWise Control has been my best experience yet.

This essential tool has all I require for remote work on client machines. Each feature is thoughtfully crafted and practical. I've been utilizing ConnectWise Control/ScreenConnect for nearly a decade, and I can't picture offering remote assistance without it.

"Getting Better All the Time: Just What I Was Looking For"
As an IT consultant working with small businesses in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, managing over 200 machines, I really value the ongoing improvements to the main product and the various extensions that let me customize my experience. They’ve got all the components I require.

One suggestion: it would be super helpful if there could be some sort of integration with Avast CloudCare. For instance, having a report that shows which software is active on each machine, particularly identifying those that do or don’t have Avast installed.

Also, instead of capping the excellent pricing at 250 machines, how about extending it to 300-350?

Since it’s web-based, accessing it is a breeze, no need to mess around with a bulky client.

The ability to execute commands on devices in the background without needing to remote into the PC is a real time-saver.

The extensions really boost the product's features and capabilities.

I've been using Screenconnect for around 9 years now. Started off self-hosting it, then switched to the cloud version. Honestly, it's one of the best investments I've ever made for my business. It's saved me a ton of cash on travel and cut down my response time significantly. I definitely recommend it!
